Exchange Policy – BNC Gifts
At BNC Gifts, every product is crafted with care and customized especially for you. Since all our items are personalized and made-to-order, we follow a No Return / No Refund Policy.
However, we do provide support in the following cases:
✅ Free Part Replacement
If the product is received with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, we offer free part replacement.
To be eligible for replacement, customers must provide a complete unboxing video (from package opening to product check) as proof.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process replacement requests.
❌ No Returns / Cancellations
Since all items are customized as per customer specifications, we do not accept product returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
📦 Important Notes
Replacement applies only to manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to the nature of customization and cannot be considered defects.
Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video for the claim to be valid.
